We are the Coffee Training Academy, an institution dedicated to the training of baristas, roasters, traders and coffee enthusiasts. Since 2016, based in Verona, we are committed to spreading the culture of specialty coffee, offering certified and awarded training courses. We are a community of experts who share a passion for coffee and accompany each student towards excellence, with courses ranging from basic techniques to advanced tasting and roasting skills.
We train hundreds of professionals every year, creating a tailor-made path for each participant. Our lessons are based on a practical and concrete approach, where small groups of students are followed by dedicated tutors. We offer courses that cover the entire spectrum of the world of coffee, from the selection of beans to roasting, from the preparation of drinks to the management of a coffee shop.
