Professional Filter Coffee Course

The spearhead of the training on filter coffee and several very current extractions in recent years.

With the Brewing Professional you take the scientific knowledge to take it one step further, learn about temperature management, acidity level control, the impact of water quality on extraction and flavour, learn to control the extraction range and maintain it within defined parameters.

The Professional Brewing Course includes:

• basic lunch

• handouts to review after the course
• didactic material (pen and notebook)
• … and of course we remain available for any doubts you may have in the following months!

The course does NOT include:

• membership of SCA, if necessary (the prices displayed for certification are reserved for SCA Members), which is to be paid separately via form.
