Information on the processing of personal data provided on the Coffee Training Academy website under art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679.

We would like to inform you that EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the "General Data Protection Regulation", protects individuals and other parties with regard to the processing of personal data. The data controller is Davide Cobelli, with registered office at Via Basso Acquar 30/C – 37135 Verona, Italy – privacy@davidecobelli.coffee, in the person of the Legal Representative.

Purpose and method of processing

The data you provide will be processed for the following purpose: sending communications and information from Coffee Training Academy (Davide Cobelli) about the services and courses offered.

Processing is necessary for the performance of an information service to which the data subject is party.

Processing is carried out using electronic and automated means. The data marked as mandatory is adequate for the purposes set out above; all data provided will be processed in a way that is relevant to those same purposes and limited to them. Within the controller's organisation, your data is accessible to marketing staff and to the people who look after the information systems; these people are authorised to process it and have been properly instructed. Retention

All data will be kept for the purposes described in this notice and, at least, for as long as the requested service is valid, until you ask to be removed from the service itself.

Providing data and consent

Providing the minimum data requested is mandatory in order to access the requested services. If you refuse, it will not be possible to enter into the relationship and/or to deliver the services requested.

Profiling and transfers

Within this processing there is no automated decision-making, including the profiling referred to in art. 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Reg. 2016/679. The controller does not intend to transfer the personal data collected to a third country or to an international organisation.

Rights of the data subject

In relation to the processing of personal data you may contact the controller to exercise your rights, as provided for by articles 15 to 22 of EU Reg. 2016/679:

• right of access to personal data (art. 15);
• right to rectify and/or complete inaccurate data (art. 16);
• right to erasure (art. 17);
• right to restriction of processing (art. 18);
• right to data portability (art. 20);
• right to object to processing (art. 21);
• right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing (art. 22).

Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent given before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

How to exercise your rights

You may exercise the rights above at any time by sending:

• a certified email (PEC) to: davidecobelli@pec.it.

Exercising these rights is free of charge, unless the requests are manifestly unfounded and/or excessive and/or repetitive: in that case the controller may charge a reasonable fee for costs or refuse the request.
