SCA Education Coordinator for 4 years and, since 2022, National Coordinator of SCA Italy. Since 2015 an international judge on the World Barista Championship circuit and a consultant for many leading companies worldwide.
“The Queen” — the queen of coffee in Italy (and beyond). Latte Art champion, world runner-up in Melbourne 2015 and a judge at the Latte Art world championships since 2016. Versatile: at the academy she alternates in-depth Latte Art courses with Sensory Analysis courses. She's also a highly respected roaster.
The soul of Coffee Training Academy and Head Trainer, alongside Davide since the very start of this adventure. Trainer for the Introduction to Coffee, Barista and Brewing modules; an international LAGS (Latte Art Grading System) judge and head of all Latte Art courses. Three-time Italian Cezve/Ibrik Champion and fourth at the World Championship in Dubai.
An exceptionally deep knowledge of roasting: talking coffee chemistry with him can take days — all of them intense. At the academy he's the trainer for the Roasting courses but, as needed, he ranges from green coffee to sensory analysis. A consultant for many Italian and international companies. They call him “the Sage”, because he has a metaphor for everything.
