This website is run by Davide Cobelli — Coffee Training Academy, with registered office at Via Basso Acquar 30/C, 37135 Verona, Italy, VAT 04153650231, email segreteria@coffeetrainingacademy.com.

1. Purpose

The website is informative and presents the courses and the training and consulting services offered by Coffee Training Academy. The website does not sell anything and takes no payments online: there is no cart and no checkout.

2. How enrolment works

Course dates are published in the calendar. To enrol you fill in the information request form: the office will get back to you to agree on the course, the date and the arrangements. Enrolment is completed directly with the office; payment is made as agreed (for example by bank transfer). Companies can request an invoice by giving their VAT number before enrolling.

3. Prices

Prices shown on the website are in Euro and are excluding VAT; companies pay VAT as required by law. Prices are indicative and may change: what the office confirms at the time of enrolment is what counts.

4. Cancellations and changes

Any cancellation, rescheduling or change to a session already confirmed is handled directly with the office, under the conditions given at the time of enrolment.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, images, logos, trademarks and teaching materials on the website belong to Coffee Training Academy or to their respective owners and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Verona have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers, which give jurisdiction to the court of the place where the consumer lives or is domiciled.
