An academy dedicated to specialty coffee culture, in Verona, since 2016.
We are Coffee Training Academy, an institution dedicated to training baristas, roasters, traders and coffee lovers. Since 2016, based in Verona, we work to spread specialty coffee culture, offering certified, award-winning training paths.
Every year we train hundreds of people. We don't believe in generic courses: we build tailored paths, based on practice, dedication and passion, following each student on their own journey.
