Intensive barista and 28 hour latte art

The 28-hour Intensive Barista and Latte Art course is a real in-depth journey into the world of coffee, lasting four days.

Starting from the basics of cafeteria, it teaches the student to know the subject Coffee and helps to start in the right way with this job of the Barista.

Among the topics covered: the basics of the cafeteria, rules for espresso extraction, common mistakes not to be made, frothing milk for cappuccinos, milk-based drinks and latte art.

The path is theoretical/practical (after the practical part and the demonstration you will work personally, alongside the Tutor)

The Intensive Barista and latte art course includes:

• basic lunch
• use of professional equipment
• certificate of attendance
• handouts to review after the course
• didactic material (pen and notebook)

The course does NOT include:

• membership of SCA, if desired (the prices displayed for certification are reserved for SCA Members), which is to be paid separately via form.
