  • 3Preparing the perfect cappuccino — steaming milk for a smooth, velvety microfoam and the right milk-to-coffee proportions for a balanced cappuccino.
  • 4Basics of Latte Art — an introduction to your first simple designs, such as the heart, and to pouring and flow-control techniques.
  • 5Cleaning and equipment maintenance — essential cleaning practices and basic maintenance to keep the machine performing at its best.
